Trans/hearts & Sahodari Foundation

Trans/hearts travels all over India but we are based in the offices of the Sahodari Foundation in beautiful Pollachi, South India. Sahodari is a movement, a family, and a team of young transgender people, volunteers and friends from India and around the world. The foundation was founded by Kalki Subramaniam, a successful transgender woman from Pollachi, Tamilnadu.
